[GBBopen-developer] clisp & portable-threads

Hi,

I just added clisp thread support in portable-threads. While clisp
multithreading is still not officially released - it is quite usable.
Modified files are: portable-threads.lisp and
portable-threads-test.lisp.

What is the suitable way to submit the patches?
