Version 1.4 of the Mini Module Facility has been released.  Version 1.4 
includes patching support and the following new entities:

  - CONTINUE-PATCH
  - DESCRIBE-PATCHES
  - FINISH-PATCH
  - GET-PATCH-DESCRIPTION
  - PARSE-DATE
  - PATCH
  - PATCH-LOADED-P
  - START-PATCH
