[GBBopen-announce] <install-dir>/gbbopen-init.lisp renamed to <install-dir>/initiate.lisp

The <install-dir>/gbbopen-init.lisp file has been renamed to 
<install-dir>/initiate.lisp to reduce confusion with user's personal 
<homedir>/gbbopen-init.lisp file and to help clarify its relation with 
<install-dir>/startup.lisp.

The <install-dir>/gbbopen-init.lisp file will remain available until the 
next GBBopen version release, but it will issue a warning message to use 
the new <install-dir>/initiate.lisp file in its place.
