[GBBopen-announce] GBBopen Version 0.9.8

GBBopen Version 0.9.8 is released.  This release includes the following
changes:

  * INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: New DELETE-BLACKBOARD-REPOSITORY function
    replaces typical uses of RESET-GBBOPEN:
    - RESET-GBBOPEN now unconditionally deletes/resets all instances,
      event functions, and event printing

  * New :RETAIN class option in DEFINE-UNIT-CLASS

  * Significant SAVE-BLACKBOARD-REPOSITORY and
    LOAD-BLACKBOARD-REPOSITORY enhancements
    - This required changes to the saved-repository format.  (Let us
      know if you need to convert an outdated repository file, as
      we've not provided automatic conversion for this format change.)
